Monfina Pty Ltd (AFSL 512986) provides authorised financial services within the scope of its AFSL where applicable, and distributes third-party non-cash payment (NCP) products where applicable. Monfina does not issue NCP products under its own AFSL.

The applicable product issuer and service provider are identified in the relevant disclosure and onboarding documents before acquisition or activation. The issuer's Product Disclosure Statement and Target Market Determination (where applicable) will be provided or linked before you acquire a product.

For third-party financial products, the product issuer is responsible for product design and the applicable Target Market Determination. Where Monfina distributes a third-party financial product to retail clients, distribution is subject to the issuer's Target Market Determination, distribution arrangements and applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

Availability of any third-party NCP product depends on the applicable issuer arrangements, disclosure documents and (where relevant) target market and distribution conditions. AFSL authorisations alone do not mean every NCP product is offered or available.

Provider identity: The legal name of the relevant service provider is confirmed in writing in your onboarding pack or Terms before any service is activated. It is not offered anonymously.

Certain governance and compliance policies are maintained internally and may be made available to regulators, auditors or other authorised parties where required.
