A The short version

We use analytics tools to understand how visitors use this website, which pages are useful and whether our enquiry form works, so we can improve the site. These tools may set cookies and collect information about your device and how you use the site.

We do not use these tools to identify you personally, and we do not send the details you type into our enquiry form (such as your name, email or phone number) to analytics providers.

B What cookies are

A cookie is a small file a website asks your browser to store, which the site can read again later. Similar technologies do the same job by other means, such as scripts, local storage, and tracking pixels that record that a page was viewed.

C What we use

  • Google Tag Manager (Google LLC): a tool we use to load and manage the other tools listed here. It does not itself set analytics cookies.
  • Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC): measures visits, pages viewed, how visitors reach the site, approximate location (derived from IP address), device and browser type, and events such as a completed enquiry. Google Analytics sets cookies such as _ga and _ga_*, which typically last up to two years. When you submit an enquiry, our server tells Google Analytics that an enquiry was made, using the analytics identifier already stored in your browser and the enquiry topic and reference only.
  • Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation): records how visitors interact with pages, such as clicks, scrolling and mouse movement, to produce heatmaps and session replays that help us find usability problems. Clarity sets cookies such as _clck and _clsk. Clarity is configured to mask text you type into form fields.
  • Security check (Cloudflare Turnstile): protects our enquiry form from spam and automated misuse. It processes technical information about your device and browser for that purpose only.
  • Fonts (Google Fonts): the typefaces on this site are served by Google, so your browser sends a standard request, including your IP address, to Google when a page loads.

We do not currently use advertising or remarketing cookies. Not every tool listed may be active at all times; this list covers the tools we use or may use on this website.

D Third parties and overseas processing

Google, Microsoft and Cloudflare are based outside Australia. Information collected by these tools may be transferred to, stored and processed in the United States and other countries where those providers or their service providers operate, which may not have privacy laws equivalent to Australia's.

Each provider handles this information under its own privacy terms: see Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy, Microsoft's privacy statement at privacy.microsoft.com and Cloudflare's privacy policy at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information more generally, including overseas disclosure.

E Controlling cookies

You can view, block and delete cookies in your browser's privacy or security settings. Blocking cookies will not stop this website from working.

You can also opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, and many browsers offer tracking protection or a "Do Not Track" setting.

If you follow a link from this site to another organisation's website, that site's own cookie practices apply.

F Changes to this policy

We will update this Cookie Policy if we materially change the tools we use, including before introducing advertising or remarketing cookies. The revision date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
